To supervise and make continuous improvement in all HR & ADM related issues in Zhuhai plant Main Responsibilities- Maintain and administer compensation and benefits policies in Zhuhai plant- Annual staff cost budgeting based on annual headcount plan- Supervise payroll, insurance, House fund and other benefits, ensure them in accuracy- Supervise annual salary review, APA (Annual Performance Appraisal), CCR（Career & Competency Review ）, ENPS (Employee Net Promoter Score ), and Cool site project- Supervise recruitment and ensure the right people is put in the right position- Monitor and improve training system- Cultivate and promote learning culture and company culture in Zhuhai Plant- Implement People Commitment initiatives in the Schneider Production System (SPS)- Conducting and planing the company's activities- ADM related issues: Dormitory, transportation arrangement, Entertainment Activity, Expatriates Accommodation issues, Employee Uniform and Stationery management Major achievements- Launch associate handbook with labor law and labor contract law- Set up quarterly performance bonus for direct labor- Push workers skill development- ZhuHai Plant recently mentioned as one of the best example of Succesfull Integration with Schneider- ENPS (Employee Net Promoter Score ) from -29 to 78
