Develop new process testing & Certification by applying 6-sixsigma tools, identify process improvement opportunities and choose the most effective tools and technology to improve the process and improve the quality of product;2. Responsible for product validation test,set up test environment,write test plan to confirm product meet quality requirement before launch 3. Ensure project activities are in accordance with the applicable standard processes and plan implementation,project activities and work products comply with process requirements;4. Audit supplier process, control supplier quality,drive supplier quality improve to meet standards(OEM&ODM)5.Responsible for project process in compliance of quality supervision and inspection,record the nonconformities found problem, follow up and push to solve.Ensure project output and process compliance with quality requirements6.Analyze product regulatory&compliance make sure product get CE ,FCC,MA ,CCC ,UL and other Certificate7.Analyze field issue and quickly solve it8.Provide process & standards, quality management system training; and 6-sigma tools training; and mentor Green Belt projects .
