Building a Device Management Platform for Yunnan Mobile, including: 1) Increase the Index of Response Efficiency of fault boards by 25 ~ 30%;2) Promote the Index of Return Rate and related performance by almost 30%;

Knowledge Transfer:1) Organize experts in relevant fields of research and development to provide corresponding trainings to project personnel on a regular basis;2) Arrange the experts in relevant fields providing the specified documents and corresponding operation manuals for each field;3) Establish a long-term effective mechanism of training and examinationMain Achievements: AS the first group of project managers in China who can contact with 4G(LTE) as pioneers, I joined the globally Project and Technical Training at AT&T Bell labs in Naperville, USA, 2011. And then, I was responsible for all major LTE tests and projects in China. Especially in the Pre-Commercial Projects organized by China Mobile and MIIT(Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) in 2013, I led the technical and project team, successfully accomplished all the tasks and milestones in advance, with the 2nd ranking at last.
