Overall day-to-day P&L responsibility for whole business, as well as the strategy development and plan execution to ensure company revenue target and profitability. Responsibility include the management of internal operation, such as purchasing, sales, distribution, logistic, warehousing, part of finance and human resource management.

• Responsible for GuangDong overall business development as biggest potential market;• Develop go to market strategy & make action plan accordingly;• Sell in Asurion service to GD MCC, build Asurion strategic partnership with GD MCC and develop network of key decision makers to support implementation of Asurion business; • Directly keep top level relationship with GM, AGM of GD MCC & city branches;• Construct whole new regional team and management;

• Manage national biggest province(Guangdong ) & Hainan China Mobile business which contribute 60% of south China operator business (30% of national operator sales);• Build Nokia provincial strategic partnership with GD/HA MCC and develop relationship network of key contacts to support implementation of the account strategy;• Assist defining & developing account sales & marketing strategy & tactics;• Manage all trade terms & negotiate dealing contract with customer;• Manage Nokia models’ listing, segment, price, assortment & lifecycle; Develop model local go-to-market strategy & action plan;• Coordinate with tech department to facilitate GMCC service or solution development mainly based on Nokia models; • Manage distributor sell in/sell out/inventory, actively collaborate among distributors & operator platforms to maximize whole channel efficiency for Nokia business;

• Handle P&G biggest distributor in PRC which cover 7 strategic important cities in Guangdong province;• Manage biggest team in area level-120 sales representatives, 10 sales supervisors, 3 key account managers, including recruiting, training, coaching, motivation & evaluating;• Channel management & directly handle top retailers & wholesalers’ relationship & business;• Lead team implement company monthly trade marketing plan, new products launch and make sure best execution & business result;• Take additional responsibility for national sales model pilot in Foshan branch;

Accountable for RMB20 million sales and 21 sales representatives, 3 sales supervisors in Chongqing & west Sichuan.• Achieved 130% growth in sales and 30% in profits.• Replaced total 2 distributors without any finance issue and business loss;• Achieve most outstanding testing result among Pantene launch campaign.• Performance was rewarded as “rating one” in trainee period, is the only one to get the evaluation among all trainee that year;• Awarded ‘Excellent Sales Manager’ from Procter & Gamble for outstanding in-store presence campaign;
