Being the principal of program, lead members from different function departments via system theory and method to plan, organize, coordinate and control one new automotive interior product program, to achieve target of quality, timing, cost and service. 1. Setting up a new program team, assigning task of members, supervising and encouraging team members job, and building a positive atmosphere of team-working.2. Making detail work plan, including timing, quality target, cost control, etc. During program executing, communicating and coordinating in time with related both internal and customer’s departments, and updating or adjusting working plan to get customer's satisfaction.3. Analyzing and forecasting program potential risk, and making solution accordingly. Dealing with critical issues.4. Drafting appropriation request to submit to executive committee for approval. Controlling cost according to budget through whole program development process. Following up financial situation, ensuring program a good financial status.5. Communicating with customer effectively, dealing with customer's requirement and complaining appropriately, ensuring to achieve customer's approval.6. Reviewing engineering change cost, timing, avoiding risk, and pushing to execute.7. Communicating with internal departments to get information and follow up, ensuring program to pass internal gate review.8. Reporting program status to executive committee and plant.9. Communicating with both domestic and overseas suppliers, ensuring program go along smoothly.10. Summarizing lessons and learn after program launch, and handover to plant.

Supporting sales to pursuit business, introducing company's technical ability, showing technical solution, organizing internals’ cost quotation.1. Communicating with customer after receiving business inquiry, clarifying OEM's requirement and make assumption for unclear contents. Updating business pursuit documents in time.2. Organizing related function departments to prepare design and engineering development quotation and make risk estimating.3. Taking charge of ED&D quotation.4. For business pursuit, participating OEM's TR meeting, showing company's technical ability.5. Handover program to program manager after appointment.

To ensure a success product's engineering development and new technology application, in charge of new interior trim products process design & development.1. Studying product drawing, data and sample, making BOM, process flow, equipment and tooling list for potential business feasibility assessing and quotation.2. Participating design and manufacture feasibility review meeting and draw a conclusion.3. In charge of new product engineering development, supporting program manager to make master timing, including equipment, tooling, tryout, test and approval.4. Releasing equipment and tooling’s technical requirement according to product, and participating equipment and tooling’s selection and contract. Reviewing design and following up manufacturing, and then participating approval.5. Participating raw material and purchase parts development, making and signing off technical agreement, and OTS approval.6. Providing process and equipment material to support related departments for production layout.7. Supporting to make test plan and achieving customer's approval.8. Making technical material, for instance, PFMEA, BOM, etc.9. Organizing new product tryout, and submitting samples and paper material to customer for approval.10. Studying, applying, summarizing and coaching new technology during new product development.11. Supporting VAVE work.

In charge of MPV - Refine project: 1. Managing SKD & CKD developing plan, including different products’ configurations, timing;2. SKD/CKD parts purchasing from Korea, claiming to Hyundai;3. Process developing management, production support;4. Parts localization plan and management.
