Jul-2017 to present: Merck, Life Science, BioVV APAC Process Development Analytical Scientist IIAnalytical Activities: By designing and developing method according to the method principal/mechanism and molecular property as required. Proficient in the execution and transfer process of analytical methods, and evaluate and validate them. Familiar with the process of stability study and stress study. Familiar with the use and daily maintenance of various analysis equipment. Develop a management process for analyzing and testing samples and standards, ensuring the full cycle management of samples and standards. Develop laboratory environmental monitoring testing and analysis methods (mycoplasma, endotoxin) to ensure that products are produced in a safe environment. Assist in developing cost models for analysis activities.Project Activities: Participate in the analytical activities of various projects, and be familiar with the full cycle activities of analysis activities in project development. Complete reliable analysis reports within a reasonable delivery cycle, explain and respond to customer questions, and obtain satisfactory responses from customers.Lab Activities: Revise the laboratory management process, participate in and support the management of public affairs in the laboratory. Understand the entire process of macromolecule development and support downstream process development activities. Understand the process of QC activities, support and participate in related activities.
