1)Responsible for review and clear-up AP payment voucher into SAP system. 2)Responsible for timely month-end closing, including carryover stocks voucher, to calculate cost and make accrual process, book prepaid and VAT tax voucher, etc. 3)Preparing monthly and yearly PRC financial reports(BS/ P&L report),and prepare for all kinds of statistic reports required by Government. 4)Prepare tax calculation and support tax filing process on a monthly basis, also make the tax payment application. 5)Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, AR/AP/fixed assets account breakdown, assist finance manager with internal financial reports variance analysis. 6)Assist in the development of yearly cash flow forecast, provide additional datas when requested, and prepare cash flow report every week. 7)Responsible for fixed asset management(create new asset/ running depreciation) 8)Assist with finance manager with internal and external audits, provide related supporting documents. Keep well relationships with tax authority. 9)Completing annual industry and commerce certificate examination and the settlement and declare the annual enterprise income tax. 10)Responsible for finance tax rebates, and change information in AIC, tax bureau and local Bank as HQ’s required. 11)Other duties and assignments given by line manager.

1)Responsible for confirm the consignment sales reconciliation statements with supplier, including accounts receivable and payable figures. 2)According to the company regulation of VAT invoice, timely collect and verify VAT invoice, and book the tax voucher in NC system. 3)Settles the payment for signature as required by company rules and regulations. 4)Responsible for entry AP and cost vouchers in NC system. 5)Prepare monthly aging schedules of accounts receivable and payable. 6)Maintain a large number of figures before the ERP system go live, and participate the training by HQ, to ensure the EUP system success smoothly. 7)Ad hoc work as required by line manager
