1.Responsible for the in process quality and the finished machine quality control. Ensure related resources, for example, inspectors, equipment and fixture, inspection document can meet department target and company requirements.2.Organize and build a team to solve the quality problem from daily production quality control and customer complaint, analyze the root cause and find short solution. Follow up the corrective and improvement actions.3.Responsible for the new project quality control. Arrange the new project pilot process inspection and finished machine inspection. Collect the inspection data and problem, analyze the defect machines and problem. Write the inspection report, feedback the problems found in pilot process and follow the improvement action. According to the problems and potential risk found in new project process, compile the quality control plan, inspection instruction and inspection report before mass production to monitor the new project to reach a stable status.4.Inspector team management. Arrange the inspector work according to production plan, balancing the inspectors work load. Enhance the inspector team ability and increase the work efficiency to meet company requirement.5.Responsible for the test equipment management. Compile the equipment operation and maintenance documents. Compile yearly equipment calibration plan.6.Establish and maintain the quality system documents about the in process quality control and finished machine quality control. Compile the inspection instructions and relevant report for the quality control.
