- Lead, guide, manage and motivate the cross-functional team through the project engineering process, ensure that products are planned, implemented, released and supported consistent with the agreed standards and strategy, to meet Product time-to-market and cost targets- Work with the Project and SCRUM teams, manage budgets and interface with contractors, suppliers and internal functions, present regular progress reports, and to escalate any issues for resolution to the Programme Steering Group- Lead Elekta IGRT Control System maintenance transfer from UK to China, deliver XVI 5.0.6.0 and iViewGT 3.5 general release

- Lead the whole project creation process from concept exploration to delivery;- Design work flow, features and the priority, make development plan, and build development team;- Lead development team, ensure the project achieve a best quality in the restrictions of time, resources and tasks, complete the hazard review for healthcare product;

- Communicate effectively with customers and clinical specialist, define user needs, workflow and software GUI, produce product functional requirement specification; - Act as the contact window between technical staff and client business staff , provide guidance and counselling during the project life cycle
