Review employee expense claim to ensure all claims have been substantiated supporting documents with company policiesconfirm the balance between group company and suppliersEnsure all expense posted timely & accurately, book expense under correct account & cost centerEducate and enforce employee compliance with corporate expense policiesOpen invoices for the charge out expenses by SAPPrepare AP againg report, Open PO and cash treasury report etc.Assist on external and internal audits

Supplies reconciliation, paymentAccumulated depreciation amortization of the fixed assets and the intangible assetsFacilitate the monthly closing process and the financial statementPrepare tax declaration, delivering to the tax bureau, and print IT document from tax office for colleaguesSeek and apply for tax preference, deal with the report to Tax Affair and relevant departments
