As a Crew Purser in Diamond Cruise Glory Sea I need to do a lot things for crew.There are almost 17 country's crew in our cruise .So the official language in our cruise is English.1,Responsible for the sign on and sign off crew .2,Do the ship familiarization for new sign on crew.3,Make sure in crew purser every policy and procedure is correct and suitable for the international Maritime Organization .4,Responsible for the crew's working time5,Communicate with every Department head and make work more smoothly.6,Deal with crew's complain and solve the problem for the crew.7,Make crew list to the agent and immigration and update it when crew sign on and sign off.8,Do the immigration clearance when the ship departure and arrival.9,Communciate with shore office and make sure the crew movement smoothly.10,Prepare for the MLC inspection.

1、Prepare the sign on documents for sign on crew and make crew card、name tag for them.2、Update their information in the FIDELIO and keep their files.3、Keep their passport safely.4、Every day do immigration clearance for ship arrival and departure.5、Make crew list every day for ship management and immigration include arrival and departure crew list.6、Raise Maintenance Request every day .7、Every day lead twenty crew to immigration for immigration arrival and departure clearance.8、Coordinate with port agent for crew sign on and sign off matters.9、Write down crew count in bridge for sailing report.9、Pick up sign on crew and sign off crew.
