1.Build and optimize the processes and infrastructure with sales, demand planning, supply planning, factory and other functions to meet the key account needs2.Develop and operate CMOS system3.Interface with external customers4.Lead national ordering team (team size 20+ people)

1.Logistic customer service management to fulfill customers' orders and customer needs. 2.Manage outsourcing warehouse, total space is more than 20,000 square meters and factory outbound logistic and national line haul transportation to support national inventory level.3.Lead a 4 people team of logistic operation and customer service clerks.4.Beijing DC cost controlling and drive cost saving through operation excellence and model optimization.5.Supplier mangement including 3 transportation suppliers and 1 warehouse supplier and 1 co-packing workshop service provider.

1.Responsible for Data cleansing and template confirmation, and responsible for data conversion from legacy system to SAP2.Integrate the business new process under new system environment and communicate with other functional teams
