Responsible for the service business, including the maintenance and network optimization business plan, business negotiation and landing of mobile, telecom, unicom, mobile headquarters, power, government and other services in most provinces and cities.

Responsible for all pre-sales support for Tianjin branch, including Wireless（GSM+WCDMA), IP, Transmission, Fixed Network（XPON，NGN）, Application and other departments. With the business division and sales, successfully completed the tasks, at the same time to develop a tough pre-sales support team.

Served as the Northwest regional project manager of WSBG business. As a bridge between the field and WSBG department, we manage the whole business from end to end. The work includes pre-sales product promotion, market opportunity mining, configuration scheme determination, delivery organization (coordination with OP and MCO), after-sales problem solving, PAC/FAC Push collection and other whole process, end-to-end project coordination.
