Project: Yamal LNG Project – Package MWP01 (Qingdao COOEC YARD) All reporting work, such as daily report, weekly report, monthly report, weekly/monthly Dashboard, presentation… Track project material and equipment status; Provide date and data support for Easyplant system team to create or align correct commodity and progress distribution; Review and Analyze the monthly updated schedule from subcontractor, including Re-baseline, Forecast and look ahead schedules; Update As-built Schedules and Level 1 Schedule as required; Collect Construction manpower from Construction team and Daily report from subcontractor; Tracking and monitoring the construction progress; Construction Productivity, remaining commodity and work front calculation; Complete Close out reports.

 Proficient with project management software Primavera 6; Establish baseline schedule upon award of contract; Establish construction schedule from level 1 to detail levels，and track actual construction progress with monitoring sheets by discipline; Establish WBS, work measurement, cost control and change management; Audit and review report(%progress, resource, time analysis), submit delay analysis; Preparation of daily report, weekly report, monthly report, including progress report. Conduct & chair meetings with engineering/procurement/construction and client to discuss look ahead plan; Bid project scheduling support

 Participate in combing the process of supply chain part and draw related flow chart; Responsible for sourcing and negotiation with the US，AU and French potential partners; Responsible for management of the US warehouse, including inbound, storage, outbound, claim, returns, and daily problems, etc. Make financial plan of overseas logistics, KPI analysis, make logistics report every month, etc. Collect all the related quotations and contract from overseas partners and calculate the logistics cost of products; Participated in Canton Fair on behalf of logistics department and constantly introduced new customers and providers for purchasing part. I was on a business trip in Europe for 3 weeks to attend Munich logistics Fair, visit the warehouses in France of the potential partners and negotiate with a insurance agent in Belgium. Participated in warehouse planning and management project and made feasible report. Sourcing for overseas last mile delivery partners, maintain the cooperation relationship with them and cooperate progress. Make different logistics solutions for different projects.
