This is an Russian-Owned company in guangzhou China mainly dealing with imp&exp business, specifically including: petrochemicals and simple inorganic chemicals.I am responsible for the procurement of the aforementioned products from China and also purchase some of them from South Korea to Russia, meanwhile importation of some Russian chemicals to China using Iso-tanks.1.Dometic Purchasing tasks are: online supplier searching - factory assessment - factory inspection - contract preparation - production following - technology adjustment - cargo inspection - delivery arrangement - shipment, the products include : choloractic acid, acetone, alpha methyl styrene (AMS) , styrene, sodium hypochlorite, mercury and so on.2.International Purchasing tasks are to purchase from South Korea and Russia, such as steel products from POSCO.Daily jobs include: phone call to foreign target company- general discussion about product specifications on the phone- get quotation and details- decide the payment terms and delivery- buying risk controling and bi-lingual contract preparation and sign contract and the followings. 3. Translations jobs: because collegues and suprior manager needs English- Chinese translation to work in China, so I go with my collegues to visit factory to have business meetings and so have to interprete and translate everything , as well as some technical document translation.
