a. Ensure compliance of China Customs regulations to pass through the custom in all imports and exports;b. Control customs handbook or EDI system including verification and reconciliation, and compile data for preparation of customs declaration documents;c. Maintain customs date information , including update of HS Codes and BOM registration with Customs Bureau;d.As AEO project manager,We achieved an AEO advanced certification in 2014. We again passed the customs re-audit project of AEO advanced certification in 2016. To reduce company’ goods inspection rate and ensure customs risk is minimized;f. Checked daily customs clearance fee including Customs Declaration fee, CIQ fee, import duty and import VAT, Ensure the payment consistent with the custom declaration form;g. Regular update custom related file and application such as opening / closing / revising customs handbook / EDI record;h. Improve current procedures and working efficiency according to the Customs’ requirements;i. Collect the new policy of China Customs. Analyze the news policy which will impact to company's operations. If has any impact, Report to the line manager and higher management timely.j: There are nine menbers in customs team in the past. At this stage,there are four menbers through optimized restructuring.

a. Responsible for reviewing update import/export/Customs related processes and provide guidance to staffs for compliance China Customss rules. b. Responsible for Customs inspection and resolving abnormal case. c. Work closely with operation team and other departments to provide necessary professional Customs support on a daily basis. d. Conduct regular internal audit and review on import and export activities. e. Ensure the goods go through the custom in time and all the processes and documents are according with china customs laws and rules.f. Collect the new policy of China Customs. Analyze the news policy which will impact to company's operations.g.There are thirteen menbers in customs team .
