About 李晓斌

I'm the HRD of a MNC. I received my Ph.D. degree from the Shanghai Jiaotong University by a study of Lean Production.I've got more than 15 years experience in HR and organization development in Automotive industry. Started my career in Shanghai General motors in 1996, I had taken managerial roles in all HR functions. I established the first assessment center in China’s Automotive industry, and be responsible for hiring and developing engineers and managers for the company. I set up the leadership development program to support the company’s rapid expansion. In 2008, I was invited to the UK to manage the HR of SAIC’s UK technical center. I'm the few HR professionals got real global experience.
