A.Self Assessment1.I am engaged in passenger car and light truck tire development and management from 2003,have a lot of experience of project development and management. 2.Master passenger car and light truck tire construction design and development, production process development and improvement; process including tread ,sidewall ,innerliner ,apex extrusion, bead bindle ,calender, ply & belt cutting,building and curing . 3.Have OE tire development experience.4.Have capability to organize and coordinate related departments to finish task on time. B.Tire construction design and performance design experience 1.Well known tire construction design Guideline, see below guidelines： Bead area design guideline，Sidewall area design guideline，Crown area design guideline，long lasting tire design guideline。 2.Well known tire Basc Performance design and Additional Performance design,see below details： 2.1 Basic performance such as High speed, Endurance, Bead unseating, Plunger,Wear, Flat spot,Uniformity and Balance, Bead spring and so on. 2.2 Additional performance such as Rolling resistance , Wet braking/ Wet traction, Dry braking /Dry traction,Handling, Ride comfort, PRAT, Force and Moment,NVH, Ice /Snow grip and so on.
