1.Support sourcing activities in order to expand supply base for direct materials, 2.Coordinate projects of sourcing and cross-functional communications to make sure the project timeline is on track properly, 3.Participate in the supplier quality issue review and correction action implement, 4.Maintain category database, be the owner of active category supplier list and price list, SAP info record updating and commodity contracts, 5.Lead supplier management activities, supplier performance evaluation , contract management (negotiate, create, maintain ), purchasing policy and procedure execution. 6.Familiar with machining, sheet metal, stamping, molding and plating process.

1.Responsible for the incoming material quality issues solving and correction action monitor. 2.Participate in new supplier development activities, 3.Conduct supplier audit to drive process standard, problem correction, waste elimination and continuous improvement, 4.Support the supplier quality activities such as Control Plan, FMEA, Process Capability Study, MSA, and Checklist, 5.Responsible for the supplier performance management and yearly audit report. 6.Familiar with ISO9000 and TS16949 quality system.
