Assist the CEO with the internal coordination about certain projects and tasks. Manage the DingTalk software;Do the translation and proof-reading for the documents assigned by CEO or the director for blockchain, mainly from English to Chinese language;Help the blockchain dept in the aspect of marketing, e.g., brochure drafting, website & roll-up banner editing, and contact factories for T-shirt manufacturing; Arrange the business trip for CEO and directors, incl. hotel, transportation, and reimbursement;Contact the Industry & Commerce Bureau for various issues incl. the certificates annual checking and verification.Involved in the new project of e-commerce online platform, and coordinate with the suppliers.

Develop different channels for getting possible clients;Cooperate with various companies/organizations, e.g., overseas study agency, banks, fintech companies, language schools, etc;Take care of participating in the real estate expo/exhibitions;Edit and design the articles about properties and publish them on company's WeChat official account.

Report to headoffice in UK, arrange the local staff to receive the foreign clients in Shanghai;Tailor-make the internship placements for foreign clients with their profiles;Provide after-sale service - after the clients finish their internship, collect their feedbacks and deal with their possible complaints;Look for all kinds of organizations/companies (incl. journalism, law firms, consulting companies, schools, orphanages, etc) for taking on our western clients as their interns.
