1. To maintain SIPC QEHS(Quality, Environment, Health and Safety) Management System and work on system localization and compliance of SIPC oversea projects 2. To monitor Health & Safety staff in the branches to complete all training requests, and to organize, manage and keep the documentation up-to-date. 3. To evaluate the safety risks of major and complex projects regarding project members, tools, subcontractors and working environment, etc. 4. To drive and foster safety culture in the region and branch level (e.g. posters in HO) 5. To track performance targets for Health & Safety, address performance issues as needed, define improvement opportunities and escalate issues as needed 6. To support the creation of new improvement measures and implementation roadmaps 7. To evaluate and monitor subcontractors' safety standards, track and manage subcontractors' performance to meet HO's standards, and constantly improve quality and effectiveness of safety training for subcontractor teams 8. To compose Emergency Response Plan of oversea projects and organize HQ Emergency Response Exercise. 9. To participate the accident/incident/misadventure investigation

1. Set up a comprehensive framework of EHS (Environment Health Safety) compliance requirements, standard process and operating procedures, adhering to the applicable laws of Canada and the guidelines/ internal policies of Sinopec. 2. Plan, organize and coordinate regular EHS activities, actions and EHS training for related staff, and report the outcomes to the management. 3. Schedule internal audits and evaluate regularly the compliance to the EHS requirements. Propose plan of improvements for the management’s approval and implement the improvements. 4. Maintain a system for proper documentation for all areas of EHS activities, actions and outcomes in cooperation with the applicable departments – e.g. employees’ health related records with the HR department, environment related records with the Quality System department and safety related records with the Operations, HR and/ or Quality System departments. 5. Handle relevant issues, identify problems and provide solutions in the area of EHS concerns, including but not limited to orderliness, contamination, pollution concerns for the plant and office work environment; to occupational hazards, work-life balance and general health awareness; to operational safety, building safety, safety audits and preventive measures for the plant and office environment. 6. Supervise Contractor’s EHS management including but not limited to HAZOP, work permit and JSA management. 7. Work on EHS-related annual budget.

1. To support and assist oversea unconventional oil and gas projects in problem solving. 2. To assist Sinopec public offering of several international projects, including Ecuador and Kazakhstan assets.3. To work closely with Business strategy department and New Business Development department, do resource estimation and reserve simulation for merger of Sinopec and Daylight Energy Ltd..4. QEHS system build-up and training among oversea projects.
