1. The main job is mold steel frame, staging, heating arrangement, jig and fixture design.2. The designs of the four categories are not only based on the molds designed by colleagues and also the supporting equipment derived from other products. I will design the 3d model and make sure the function, installation and transportation reasonably. If the 3D design is approved. I’ll make the 2D drawing for reviewing. 3. The products will be assembled in the factory with steel frames, cables electrical boxes and other equipment, so we will cooperate with colleagues to solve some technical problems on site. 4. Since each set of products needs to be installed and debugged at the site, I will communicate with the installation team and suppliers to finish the installation together. 5. Review the technical requirements and deviations of the product, revise the technical design of the product, including establishing deviations and technical clarifications. 6. Communicate with ENG, PD, QA and other staff, make sure the production plans and other considerations to produce smoothly.7. Consult with QA, PD on product design specifications, quality checklist and tooling to ensure effective production and good quality.

1. According to the customer's requirements give the reasonable design, make the related layout and assembly drawings. Cooperate with the sales to solve customer problems and give some technical support. 2. Make the BOM, production drawings, and selective purchasing special accessories according to the order. 3. Cooperate with production department to solve technical problems, and improve the process. 4. Assist the installation team and after sales to finish the project fast and efficiently, and sometimes give a few technical guidance. 5. The contacts for overseas project, communicate with the distributor to optimize the order and solve technical problems. 6. Responsible for the new product R&D, make the drawing, new mold development and technical document editing.

1.According to client requirements design the new products. Generally we will use Solidworks, AutoCAD to make 2D, 3D part and assembly drawings, BOM list, product handbook and technical specifications. 2.The steel structure parts are produced by several outsourcing supplier, so not only we need to provide a set of complete drawing, but also need to frequently visit suppliers and review the progress. 3.The internal fitment parts are installed and tested in our workshop. Involving electrical and HVAC part position need to coordinate with other engineers working together to confirm installation process. And also need to communicate with the workers frequently dealing with technology problems, make a reasonable plan. 4.Due to the company products are the offshore special equipment, need to follow the DNV2.7-1, 2.7-2, SOLAS A60, ATEC EC, IECEx 60079 certification etc. So we will have some regularly training for related knowledge, to ensure the design that is totally satisfy the certification requirements. Because of there are no so many staff in company, so mostly we need to work as a project manager. 1.Cooperate with sales to communicate with foreign clients directly to discuss the technical details, in order to clear the client real requirement and then to make the reasonable design. 2.Customers normally will put forward new requirements constantly, so we should cooperate with sales and purchasing to update the drawing and quotation as soon as possible. 3.Normally I should know the progress of produce situation, set reasonable test, delivery time line, and update the project report every week. 4.According to the complexity of the project I need to visit overseas distributor and customers, to understand the usage of products and user‘s questions and suggestions. In order to improve our future design.
