1) localization of DC motor of cooling fan for PQ35 programChanged the structure of spherical self lubricating bush into the structure of ball bearing in order to meet actual environment in China and re-calculated the dimension chain, design and make drawings for each components of motor 2) Mazda6 cooling fan design At fist to define the working point according to test report of benchmark, size fan system ( motor + fan blade),Design a new kind of DC motor to meet the requirement of Japanese Automaker, the speed control method is brush drop3) Cooling fan design for all Ford program（C307，J48CC，CD340/345，V348） Firstly I used UGII to create 3D model of cooling fan module ,and then analyze the stiffness of fan shroud by I-deas.after the design proposal was confirmed by Euro Ford, I made 3D and 2D data according to Ford C3P secification and released them to Methaphase (Ford global data system) by FDX. 4) program management define the items of DVP and PVP ,update the APQP status report on time; write LRR report on C307、CD340，V348 program; write 8D report to close the open issue happened one month before Job#1; compile APQP and PPAP files for all Ford program
