◆ Check and revise purchasing list and drawing version, confirm current version and changing status with supplier ◆ Revise parts list of different product line, and confirm purchasing cost and cost down space. ◆ Make up annually purchasing budget based on sale budget of product line ◆ Based on cost down requirement of product line, to confirm technical cost down and annually purchasing cost down and implement new plan with other departments and supplier ◆ Sign frame contract and purchasing list, sign quality agreement and technical agreement, and sign inventory agreement and spare parts agreement ◆ Organize and charge annually supplier audit on site and offer audit report ◆ Charge purchasing term of all of import material ◆ Keep good relationship with key supplier ◆ Charge of potential supplier evaluation and audit on site, process control of product development, and business negotiation ◆ Assist to negotiate with supplier for headquarters R&D project and global purchasing project ◆ Continuous improvement and optimize quality control cost of supplier, and the annually cost down value not less than RMB 5,000,000

Sourcing and developing potential competitive supplier and charging supply chain management in China.
