■ Managing the PM team by leading, educating, and mentoring to accomplish departmentobjects and ensure successful outcomes.■ Leading program management for NPI project to launch the new product from development to mass production, ensure each mile stone can meet the specific target.● Lead teams for development, and work with various “cross functional team” to set up the NPI scorecardfor each gate (including demand forecast, master schedule, cost, CapEx, FPY, process capability , 2nd source percentage and RMA DPPM.)● Participate in and lead various “cross functional team” based in different location for sub project.● Ensure capital/manufacturing process/tester/QA / Operator/Material/Criteria readiness before RTL ,development build , qualification build and mass production.● Lead cross functional team to solve all the issues during the project launch phase, make sure all theKPI can meet the target in every milestone. (Cost/DGR/Yield/CPK/Quality/Reuse-rework etc.), escalating the high risk issues to the management team for supports.● Chairing the Milestone Review Meeting with higher management (Site GM and worldwide VP level).● Make sure all the follow up items can be closed before next phase.● Work with CTS team for Customer Qualification, make sure the customer sample can deliver on time,and make sure the process and quality can meet customer requirements■ Provide clear updates on status and recovery plans as necessary at both working and executiveLevel.■ Leading Kaizen project for continue improvement for cost reduction and quality improvement.

New product phase： Do project management for NPI project, including forecast and control NPI project budget； Work with development and site project member to make NPI project schedule and ensure project on track, lead project to reach targets specified by main project. Ensure capital/manufacturing process/tester/QA / Operator/Material/Criteria readiness before RTL and Development build. Lead cross functional team to solve all the issues during the project launch phase, make sure all the KPI can meet the target in every milestone. (Cost/DGR/Yield/CPK/Quality/Reuse-rework etc.) Chairing the Milestone Review Meeting with higher management (Site GM and worldwide VP level). Make sure all the follow up items can be closed before next phase. Work with CTS team for Customer Qualification, make sure the customer sample can deliver on time, and make sure the process and quality can meet customer requirements.Sustaining phase: Products sustaining supports until EOL  Continue DGR/yield/quality/customer satisfy etc improvement. Change management (EC/BOM change management and implementation). Continue qualification for new customer. Continue support for customer audit and lead related member to solve customer complain. Specify unique process for key OEM, such as Apple, HP and so on.
