I have been working in manufacture industry for more than 17 years, which including 5 years of IT technical and 12 years of IT management. I have rich experience in information technology and digitalization, so that I can help the company to manage the data, optimize the business processes, drive the digital transformation and build the Smart Factories which connected with the Industrial Internet.In the past 17 years, I've been involved in the setting of IT strategy twice, established the IT team three times, and been charge of the ERP system project for five times, and handled the new factory project for seven times. And also the MES, SRM, PLM, BPM, HRMS, BI, Data Center and the Information Security projects. With these projects, I've won the National Annual CIO awards for three consecutive years, and help my company to get the Government awards twice.
