1.Merchandise： There are SS and FW two season sales meeting for PALLADIUM each year. First we participate in the sales meeting which the brand organize. Before the sales meeting，we will get the sales samples provided by the brand，then we will make some initial screening and evaluation for the products line, Preliminary IMC plan will be fixed. Then make some summary for the missing part of the global products line，and some special needs for the China market. At the same time，We will carry out a detailed analysis for the sales data over the past few years，national sales data，areas sales data，gender sales data and so on, for a good preparation for the sales meeting. After the Global sales meeting，we also will arrange a sales meeting in Shanghai for our franchise customer and wholesale customer. Most of all，differentiated product lines should be fixed for these customer. After the two sales meeting，I will finally submit the order according to our quarterly budget and IMC plan.2.Sale：According the monthly sales plan which had been fixed，I will coordinate with Global production department to arrange the delivery of goods for the sales in time. Then arrange the launch time for our retail stores and our customers’ stores. Our target is the overall coordination of the whole China market.According to the different areas，making different launch plan，Timely tracking the sales situation of our retail stores，arrange the timely replenishment.Make the discount activity plan and sales strategy of different channels for highly sales through and good profit.Also work together with VMD and marketing colleagues for good display and appropriate marketing activity for highly sales through and good profit.

Major work：First get the samples from the designers，give the preliminary quotation of the samples，offer my help to the garment merchandiser to fix the seasonal production line. Then find several suitable garment factories for all the woven styles and preliminary make a consultation to confirm a good delivery period. At the same time，place the order for the fabric and accessories，and ensure the delivery date and good quality of the fabric and accessories. After the fabric and accessories are prepared，with the help of QC colleagues ，proceed the production plan，our target is a good delivery date and good quality，to ensure the good launch time，highly sale through and good profit.
