Assist RM in handling client's service issues and complex needs, provide administrative support to RM to deal with ongoing client service issues, updating KYC, maintenance of on-going products/accounts, monitoring and managing client's credit situation, internal documentation, filing and credit administrative work. Worked as a designated professional personal for VIP customers, organized tailor-made training to clients on product knowledge, operating procedures and supporting documents based on new regulations and compliance requirements;Performed daily compliance checking,CNY cross border or FX conversion payments and BOP reporting;Familiar with SAFE and PBOC regulation and compliance/operation procedures, to work with client service team/RM to conduct service review if needed.

Conduct BOP and Declaration and export verification according to SAFE for cross border transactions.Daily work check and assistant with the supervisor to ensure the daily work finished smoothly and accurately.Management of the pending transaction and inquiry/refund through SWIFT. According to the latest related regulation of PBOC to update the operation procedure. Offer relevant information and opinions to cooperate with the development of the new system.
