Applied for core technology patents and win innovation award.• Skilled in using Excel/origin/matlab to analyze data. Such as using Excel to write process data record template which can automatically generate curves and data log, greatly shortened the time of data processing.• Successively participated in the research and development of oxidation furnace, ALD, multi wafer and single wafer epitaxial equipment, familiar with the structure and principle of each equipment, able to operate equipment and solve process problems.
