1. Ensure no legal compliance problems in areas of EHS through risk assessment, self-audits and internal/external audits.2. Develop strategic EHS plan in ShzP, and work together with plant manager and management team to make proper action plans to achieve the goal.3. Monthly review with site management team and global EHS about site EHS performance, such as accident status, CO2 emission, water consumption and waste reduction and other EHS related topics.4. Make HSE working plan according to site EHS target, legal compliance and Bosch requirement, then arrange HSE team daily work. Monitor the status of main EHS projects.5. Set up skills evaluation matrix for development of team members, encourage them to attend internal and external training. 6. Set up EHS culture in ShzP via EHS training, EHS activities, management team bi-weekly safety plant tour and so on.

1、Maintenance EHS system of site, to make EHS work meet the local requirements and EATON’s minimum requirements.2、Maintenance ISO14001 system, arrange and attend ISO14001 internal and external audit.3、Arrange EHS daily work, follow up the work progress of EHS team members.4、Maintenance good relationship with the government and the other departments.5、Coordinate and arrange internal and external audit and investigation of government.6、Localize EATON MESH system in site, to achieve the goal get from Group.7、According to the requirements of MESH to work out and conduct new document system of EHS, and organize related training to improve all employees’ EHS awareness.8、According to the requirements of local regulations to organize occupational health examination and test occupational-disease-inductive factors in the workplace9、Make sure re-layout of our site can meet the requirements of local regulations.10、Organize incident investigation.11、Attend Management weekly meeting, and report EHS related work to plant manager and worldwide.
