Job Overview: Coordinate with related departments to formulate the Data Communication's annual product forecast and the S&OP, set up and implement the capacity and materials strategies, output the items ATP to instruct the order delivery; strengthen product life cycle management to ensure the smooth shift of the new and old products; optimize production inventory, speed up the turnover; lead the 5G supply guarantee and Hisilicon chipset project which achieve complete ceremony. Demand Management: work with the marketing team and Product Line to layout annual product forecast aim at the profit target, and break down the detailed items monthly S&OP forecast to instruct the mid- and long-term materials and production capacity preparation. Supply Management: combine both the raw materials purchasing lead time and production period, output the items ATP (Available to Promise), build capacity flexibility solutions to instruct the order delivery; identify the key components and formulate the strategies to ensure the flexibility; monitor the delivery plan, identify and solve the exceptions with cross-functional team.  Inventory Management: propose inventory optimization strategies from raw materials, WIP (work in process), finished goods aspects and decompose individual goals, regularly track and monitor the procedures to optimize the Inventory Turn Over.  NPI/Life cycle management：track the program schedule (mainly from TR4 to TR6), work with cross-functional team to prepare the raw materials, push the trial test process, ramp up plan and schedule the ESS plan, ensure the new products can be launched on time.

Feedback the project schedule to clients and ensure the project smoothly go to mass production. Forecast Management: Set up regular communication channel with key customers to align orders and forecast, provide accurate demand to internal team to ensure materials readiness and sufficient capacity to meet demand.  Inventory Control: Monitor excess key components and FG in and offer the solutions to clear with cross-functional teams.

Job overview: responsible for the operation of Apple's order, schedule the production plan and allocate the capacity to fulfill orders on time. Production planning management: analyze i-Pad forecast/order to update the internal manufacturing planning to PMC and MFG weekly base on the materials status and manufacturing capacity and improve the production efficiency. Materials coordination: coordinate with material team and Apple clients to review the materials shortage and get allocation. Order management: manage the PO operation status, solve problems, track order delivery to make sure the products can be arrived in the Apple side timely. Inventory management: base on the first in first out rule, strictly control the service iPad /FG aging. New product introduction: support the new product introduction, evaluate operating risk of the first batch purchase order, build the production line, track the FAI result and the new line ramp up plan to fulfill the shipment demand.
