- Division of Regional Economy(2018 Apr. until now). Drafting plans and recommending policies of regional economic development and cooperation in Guangdong. Participating in policy making of land use and urbanization, Coordinating and tackling development issues and problems among PRD region and other parts of Guangdong Province.- Division of Climate Change(2010 Nov. until 2018 Mar.) Policy-making and execution of Guangdong's(GD) low-carbon development. Designer and implementer of Guangdong's pilot programme of emission trading system. In charge of GD's GHG emission data reporting, carbon capture and storage policy-design and demo project, dealing with international cooperation, capacity building, and communication.- General Office (2006 Mar. until 2010 Oct.) Assist GDDRC directors in business activities, coordinating projects and dealing with policy-making documents from departments of industry, energy, advanced-technology and environment & energy saving etc.

Make annual marketing plan and implement, work with operation and merchandise depts. to execute seasonal promotions, deliver Wal-Mart’s global capacity campaigns in China.
