The company I worked before they supplied goods to Walmart in the United States, and the company also have its own Amazon store. The company's sales selection department would select 50-60 products every month and let me find the lowest price on 1688. I was busy from morning to night looking for suppliers to ask for prices and compare prices. As for quality, after determining the price, we will arrange for samples to be sent to the US headquarters. If the quality is very poor or does not meet the requirements, we will ask the factory to improve it, or find a factory with a slightly higher price recorded before. When all details confirmed, I will ask factory to prepare the Contract, I will inspect all details of the contract and find errors, send back to supplier to modify. To make sure there is no clause is bad for us. I will send the contract to my supervise, to make the payment. Then it is production. I also track the production throughout the process, from inspection to loading, I participate in every process, prepare materials for the transportation company, and ensure that the container is delivered to our US headquarters.
