Maximize business opportunity of aviation in China, to lead/facilitate from strategy planning down to execution. Work directly with the aviation business units in a variety of strategic, business, financial and economic analyses supporting strategic planning, industrial cooperation and business unit initiatives.

-Market development for new business and second hand business jet. -Responsible for Charter flight sales, especially for the potential jet buyers. -Develop and implement sales plans and strategy in leads and prospects generation, relationship building, revenue growth, account profitability and customer satisfaction as well as customer deep analysis on business background, financial situation, decision maker and aircraft utilization plan. -Coordinate efforts to improve the customer experience during the whole sales process, including presentation articulating the value proposition of product, solution and service offerings, as well as demo flight, contract negotiation, on time delivery and coordination on post delivery service with other related company departments.

Develop marketing channels on sales projects.

Request for landing permits for business/private flights, and coordinate flight plan arrangement.Coordinate the ground handling service.
