负责项目管理体系的建立和持续改进，根据体系要求管理项目并推动体系落实。对项目过程进行跟踪，监控，管理。1、负责项目立、结项管理，根据项目类型对立项，结项资料审核，组织公司级评审，根据体系要求对重大项目组织产品决策分析会，对会议遗留问题进行追踪，保证项目有效完成立项2、根据路标范围，对项目进行整体把控，包括项目目标，项目范围，项目预算，项目变更等3、统计公司以及各子公司，各事业部项目进展，以及工作计划，工时，成本，形成组织级月报，发布给公司各干系人4、组织并开展项目后评估活动，总结经验，持续改进5、负责公司项管平台持续优化，年初收集优化需求，与信息技术部门沟通并落实完成平台优化6、负责公司TR平台建设，根据IPD体系要求，规划平台使用范围，负责收集平台功能7、年末收集各接口部门反馈意见，根据组织级规定对公司流程保持重检8、组织制定项目绩效考核指标，每半年组织进行指标考核
