 On MR transfer East-west project I worked as STL contact window to organize weekly meeting in STL team discuss project opportunity, solutions, quote etc. I overall created 10 ideas include 49 PNs for localization opportunity and drive it move to the funnel.  Cando spirit.  Join in GE Tianjin site at site beginning. Got excellent performance (2 scale) in 2014 and 2015 EMS. Finished 4 NPI projects launch in site include 16beat, Mulan, Kizuna 3T and 1.5T. and doing Architect Magnet EST test. Built the QMS, include WIs, e-checksheet, equipment, IE date supports, etc. Setup the First ATE qualification in Tianjin. Finished the IOPQ and PM of ATE, set up the Bay test for 16beat and Mulan. Driving LEAN manufacturing implementation. Got GB certify. Very familiar with the GE MR system. Supported annual audits in tianjin. include FDA, MDSUB and CFDA. Drive the NC and CAPA close. Finished the 4 CAPAs in Track wise.  Analysis MR System defect rate to find the root cause. Maintained daily troubleshooting 100 times/ years. Finished the troubleshooting list and shared with team.  Support PQ/SQE team to reduce part quality defect: Drive the Dell and ECT issue for the repeat defect with PQ and ENG team. Support the SQE for ICC frame ‘s issue. Lead Compliance, as well as EHS efforts in support of plant goals. Finished Critical safety equipment PM as Element 12 owner.  Acting MCC 2014 Q2, Drive the ECR/ECOs and set up BOM in Oracle.

 As Medical device company, Help Company to certify ISO 13485, UL, CFDA Audit and GE SQE Audit. Set up design and development control program. As GE 0.3T MR system supplier, we redesign the system ‘s availability, replaceability and maintainability. Working with GE team to handle IB issues. CMR NPI LSDThis project is the company's new low-cost compact 0.3T MRI, which is responsible for the overall design of electrical components, including system-level component selection, system schematic and wiring design. Develop new components suitable for compact MRI (80 % of home-made components are upgraded in this project, including system interface units, uniform field amplifiers, system power distributors, filters) to assist in system debugging. The SIU is customized for this project and has the characteristics of a small size and a single board structure. The control of AD, DA and IO is achieved using ST32's ARM7.
