Monthly LO / budget / Strategy Plan process, monthly pre-closing analysis – deviation to budget / LO analysis. Improve forecast accuracy and review processes for efficiency and effectiveness by closely communication with BU team. Prepare monthly KPI performance package and conduct review for the BU and provide insightful analysis and recommendations to BU / Franchise Head to drive business to achieve its financial objectives Propose resource allocation towards FTE, investment and sales and get agreement from management. Be business partner to understand and support internal customer need with constructive mindset, keep track on driving BU KPI improvement. Provide strong financial management and controls for Sales, M&S, Stock in Trade and other MR relevant elements. Challenge and investigate results, checking in particular progress towards budget achievement, identify and evaluate Risks & Opportunities and corrective Actions. Develop related presentation materials and reports. Build strong relationship with business to identify at an early stage the key commercial issues, actively supports the functional interaction between BPA and business, maintaining a constructive working partnership and developing and shaping practical value-added suggestions for improvements in key business operating parameters. Responsible for all the tax operations that the entity involves in and deliver high quality work in scope, review the tax filling documents.Lead and monitor the whole tax audit/defense procedure both from internal and external, support tax head to conduct company’s tax project.Optimize and harmonize the tax process, make process compliant as well.Responsible for providing pro-active tax advice to business units and functions with respect to operations which includes analyzing relevant tax law as it applies to business, negotiating with local tax authorities.Identifying tax risks and opportunities related to business as well as advising business units on tax aspects of the current operations.Create and keep close and good relationship with the corresponding tax authorities.Collect tax-related policies and regulations, and fully understand the impact of tax policy on the company and ensure firstly feedback of it; based on the interpretation of various tax incentives, apply relevant qualifications and projects which company complies with to obtain tax incentives, apply financial subsidies company is met.

-In charge of the company’s tax operation work and responsible for the working relationship and communication with local Tax Bureau. -Responsible for daily Fixed Assets accounting. -Lead fixed assets physical count periodically. -Provide management suggestion on FA management procedure while ensuring compliance with company policy and procedure, local accounting and tax laws & regulations;

-finish booking entries and reports according to accouting policy and internal policy. -Cordinate annual audti and internal compliance audit; -Provide finance coaching if need and support accouting policy or memo documentation.

-Verify reimbursement vouchers in compliance to internal policy. -finish monthly reports to follow and close issues -Give communication and explanation for payment issue; answer and explain employee's queries patiently, support supervisor for any ad hoc assignment; provide good service and relevant accounting policy training if be required.
