-Take charge of the Software Development Department including dozen of staffs.-Lead daily software development & operation of company from 2014 until now, solve technology issues.-Be away of official business to gain & analyze customers' requirements, involving about 8 provinces.-Organize technology study & training of department, lead activities such as code reviews.-Have taken part in development & operation of several business projects in SGCC from 2009 to 2013.

Took part in development & operation of electronic government projects to several large customers, such as ISCAS, Beijing Test & Evaluation Centre of Information Safety, Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, and so on.
