As Consultant Role- Participate 7 PDM/PLM projects from process definition, discussion through implementation. Also take charge of issues after system goes live for Windchill and SAP PLM tools.- Investigate and assess business process, collect and analyze the customer complaint, then identify the gaps and improvement opportunity. Eventually deploy the clear business case study report/charter as PLM system development input.- Contribute idea on how the system function designed to satisfy business requirement. Work with IT to eventually identify the best solution. - Participate Windchill and SAP PLM tools demonstration and workshop between business, IT and BPM groups. Drive team get final agreement which is the best for business.- Discuss and document the new function change improvement charter with business team. Participate the global PLM forum and communicate the business requirement globally.- Document and share the best practice/lesson-learn, also provide the supporting or training document to the business team as needed.- Lead the PDM/PLM local implementation. Including the schedule, resource, leadership and cycle testing detailed plan.- Lead and encourage the continuous business process improvement by sourcing the chance for the process, tools and best practice.As PLM Team Lead Role - Provide the organization change proposal to leadership in order to satisfy the new process and tools deployment, work with PLM relevant groups on the process impact, risk assessment and schedule evaluation. - Work with leadership on new tools/process risk assessment and project schedule. Meet commitment about critical PLM issue solution.- Take lead the PDM related organization change and responsibility transfer, integrate the team according to the business requirement. - Recruit and ramp up PLM SME and spec team to satisfy the business development requirement.- Coach and manage the new SMEs on how to provide daily support and deliver the needed service to requestor.

As PDM SME Role- Support the PLM relevant users on daily basis; provide the PLM instruction and hands-on support to users who need help.- Valid the new PLM tools delivered from IT works as expected. Provide the feedback to BPM and IT if something needs to fix.- Valid the implementation plan gets proper business resource assigned. Also ensure the training has been delivered to normal user before the new function released.- Coach the normal users as they requested.- Extract the data from SAP business data warehouse report to identify the potential training chance to specific user.- Provide short term and long term PLM solution to the team and user base on their specific business case.As PDM Administrator Role- Take charge of PDM system relevant issue. As tier 1 support to fix issue and may bring issue up to tier 2 support as needed. - Coordinate global resource to fix PLM system script and function issue.- Extract reports to monitor and fix the system issue which stops business moves forward before business user reports.- Provide PLM solution from administrator perspective to the whole team.- Provide guidance to local business team on how to get alone with system. Speed up the process of team gets familiar with the new process.- Monitor the high frequency issue, analyze and identify the root cause, eventually fix them by short and long term solution.
