Communication and advertising skills: Interviews with people from diverse social backgrounds including international NGOs, foreign-funded enterprises, consulate generals in Shanghai and grassroots non-profits; Attend and advertise for a variety of charity events, CSR events and international conferences; Assist the Director with visits to local community, readers and social organizations, collect feedback and make changes accordingly. Language proficiency & writing skills: Write around two hundred English articles including cover stories, special reports and features. Number of words written in English for each issue reaches 4,000 and words translated from Chinese to English reach 6,000;Project Coordinating skills: In charge of the production of 24 issues of Caring from topic selection, editing, writing, translating, proofreading, design and layout to publication on time; Assist the Director with preparation and budget control of the projects, planning, agendas, implementation and post-event publicity. Organizational skills: Launch events through the new media such as WeChat. Develop, design and organize online and offline events.
