1.Handle the tracking of quality status of the elevator parts,confirm the issue from field , and reflect it to supplier and ask the supplier to handle it asap; In addition, supplier must take the temporary actions and arrange the replacement; 2. Ask the field customer to return the abnorm part to supplier for FA, and also require the supplier to provide the FA report, we conclude the duty from the FA report;3.For the whole supply chain, handle the missing part and wrong part issue from supplier, require the supplier to provide the actions and final FA report, we also need tracking the report and actions;4.We need enhance the Consumer satisfactional research and reduce the claim in the whole supply chain;5.Done the arrangments from the department manger;
