Tender system covers different phases & sectors: design & consulting firms; construction, mep & interior decor projects; mep equipments; ff& e, hoe etc..- Establish the preferred brands & qualified suppliers’ resources pool.- Take the lead in all tender process, including tender documents, tender assessment & contract completion. - Arrange the internal knowledge training for related key operational equipment & systems.- Review the POB,IT & HOE budget of the relevant hotel projects

Establish the hoe & ose tender system for the group invested hotel & golf course projects.- Establish the preferred brands & qualified suppliers’ resources pool.- Take the lead in all tender process, including tender documents, tender assessment & contract completion. - Arrange the internal knowledge training for related key operational equipment & systems.- Draft out the owners’ HOE budget - Review & approve the operators’ hoe & ose budget.

Take the lead in hotel management contract finalizing process; negotiate with potential owner for hotel pipe line projects.- Assist to set-up the management team.- Complete hotel pre-opening procurement plan & finalize the hoe budget.- Create brand standard for ff&e , hoe.- Take the lead for tender process; ensure hoe orders with best quality, most competitive price & punctual delivery- Conduct the receiving & issuing process; ensure the received product being in good condition, right brand, spec & quantity to meet hotel operational needs

Work scope - PO order- BV store replenishment order- Market List order.- Engineering & Renovation project- Service Contract review- Capex projects - Establish product quality standard & specifications with relevant user Department.- Obtain the competitive quotes for all orders from qualified suppliers, to minimize hotel operational cost.- Establish and maintain the listing of qualified suppliers.- Liaise with suppliers, representatives. Visit the market for pricing information and availability of product.- Analyses market trends to anticipate likely price fluctuations, for the purpose of maintaining inventory either for long or short time periods.- In conjunction with Storekeeper and Department heads, optimize the carrying cost of inventory, through regular review of minimum/maximum stock levels.- Follow up the Starwood food quality & hygiene standard, Practice SGS with F&B team.- Train & educate staff, maintain a good HR resources pool to support group new projects.- promoting the cluster projects with Starwood hotels in the region to enhance the group purchase power.
