Worked in Lad of 2012 and The Department of Algorithm Technology,research the way of AI in wireless network performance area,The following are the some projects which have been accomplished:1,Strengthen the ability of recognise the reason of LTE network problems;2,Design and application of the NPS algorithm in wireless network;3,Design and application of the The Forth Quadrant algorithm in wireless network;4,Design and application of monitoring the performance automatically in wireless network;5,Resolve the big problem of time delay in wireless network;6,Design and application of the tool of sites planning automatically in LTE network;7,Design the way of optimization of Handover parameter automatically in 5G;8,Design the way of optimization of Power parameter automatically in 5G;9,Design the way of optimization of parameter automatically in 4G and 5G;

2009.10-Now:The member of network optimization centre in Fujian Branch Of China Unicom, in charge of the decision of GSM、WCDMA、LTE network technology strategy to be made and implement, also to research and resolve the big problem about the network, in charge of technical support of radio network in the whole province and internal training too.And The following are the some network problems which have been resolved:1, Research and optimization of packet service in different layer for 3G;2, Research on handover failure without IUR to check the principle of RNC area planning;3, Research and resolve the problem of new 3GRNC version bug after system updating;4, The performance and optimization for IPHONE in WCDMA network;5, The parameter value plan for high speed railway and highway coveraged with different frequency of WCDMA network in special scene;6, Analysis and optimization for user equipment’s power losing in the 3G network;7, Research on the influence of in downtilt or out downtilt for antenna;8, Analysis and optimization of low success rate for ralocation between different server in the 3G network;9, Research on a method of analyzing the distribution and track for international roaming users in WCDMA network based on the backup data;10, Research and resolve the bug problem about call dropped after system updating;11, Research and optimization of IPHONE video service dropped;12, Research on the mobility performance about HSPA+ network with two frequency；13, Research on the function about handover from 2G to 3G of CS service;14, Research on the way of MC sending in the relocation procedure influence on the CS service;15, Research on the way of changing timer about PS service to improve the users’ felling in ZTE network;
