1. Providing specific needs for PaiPai APP users based on users research、feedback, data analysis; judging the priority needs, controlling the rhythm of updating.2. Laying down C2C business guidelines and trading rules, responsible for C2C transaction, review, arbitration process.3. Build basic operation tool system for B2C & C2C in the APP，like marketing tools and the channel pages for C2C goods.4. Responsible for C2C trading conversion rate and promotion.5. Improving user experience on basic modules, like personal center and message center.6. Leading flow from JD APP to PaiPai APP, getting more users, PVs and UVs. 7. Developing WeChat Applet and H5 marketing fission tools.8. Remolding items data, inventory information, warehouse system logic to realize second-hand transactions.9. Responsible for communications with other departments such as risk management, public relations and customer service,etc.

1. Providing optimal project to improve flow and conversion rate for 3C BU.2. Promoting and monitoring project completion, tracking ROI effect.3. Maintaining and optimizing item data periodically.4. Collecting specific needs from 3C BU, promoting updates. 5. Tracking and reporting comparable products’ information regularly 6. Analyzing and monitoring search data of key category, giving reports, proposing improvements.

1. Focus on APIO part of Ericsson product. Provide specialized support for global customer.2. Provide support to Ericsson 1st line support engineer in Asia and the Pacific.3. Deal with global emergency cases which may cause damage to the customer system.4. Lead Ericsson local team to complete some customer projects.5. Find potential sales opportunities in our daily work, report sales opportunities to sales department.
