招聘：涉及全国范围的工程技术、研发研究、销售岗位；HRBP：服务于公司销售、工程、研究等不同类型团队；主要工作：团队搭建与打造、组织优化、文化落地、OKR落地与推进、培训赋能、员工发展与关怀。SSC：同时负责成都公司员工关系工作。

前两年负责公司全国研发、技术支持、销售等岗位的招聘、培训、企业文化工作。最后一年全面负责北京子公司招聘、培训、绩效、企业文化等工作。

The Branch's main business is natural gas pipeline design.Training:• Draft training rules and regulations and monitor the status of implementation.• Establish mentor team and help them improve training skill.• Make annual training plan and annual training budget.• Put forward and promote the "Training Materials Creation Competition ", for speeding up the construction of course system and the selection of the internal teacher. • Select the suitable external training institutions and keep good relationship with them.• Set up e-learning system and develop a e-learning plan for staff.• Promote the implementation of training courses and Evaluate the effectiveness of training.Recruting:• Implement staffing recruitment plan.• Consult HR manager on hiring needs, Job Descriptions and hiring process.• Monitor external staffing vendors and partners, manage job posting and hiring channels.The Enterprise Culture:• The arrangement of the outdoor development training for new employees.• The arrangement of employee annual travel.• The preparation of the annual party.
