Manage RDC Import export transportation warehouse inventory management & China sample center daily operation to meet OTIF target. Handle urgent case and provide proper efficient solution to meet customer special requirement. 2. Cycle-count inventory monthly. Regular review MRP parameter, reorder point, safety stock, supply gap, and excess stock etc. Handle obsolete SNM dead stock disposal and write off. Organize regular stock-taken activity.3. Handle the customer's complaint. Find the root cause to do the correct action plan. Keep continuously improving on day to day operation. Pro-active to optimizing process to achieve high-standard customer requirements. 4. Set up SOP and KPI, inc. tax-exempt import, purchasing for resale, U2B, E-handbook biz, customs transferring, transit trade, goods delivery first before duty paid later, RMA, relabeling, repacking etc. Drive all the KPI to hit target.5. Set up supply chain related issue log books inc. damage/loss claim, import goods short-weight, transportation/operation loss, complaint and claim the compensation etc.6. MRO Packaging material procurement management. Accrue the logistics budget and monitor the spen7. Monthly call performance review meeting with LSP in order to improve process and solve operation issue. Coordinate with stakeholder to streamline process and save the logistic cost. 8. Select warehouse transportation IE agent etc logistics service providers in compliance with all related procedures. Negotiate, conclude and sign contracts with LSP. Assure a good logistic flow and continuous improvement. 9. Engage, coach and audit 3P LSP to achieve EHS standard requirements in all their facility and operations. 10. Organize internal supply chain training. Coach and develop team member advantages.
