I had transferred from GE Logistic Department back to Sales Department and served as an OTR Specialist for GE Healthcare, location: Zhangjiang Hi-Tec Park, Shanghai, China. My daily job included but not limited to- examining quotations/tenders/contracts/invoice application;- applying cash to specific contracts in system;- coordinating Logistic Department with delivery and, supervising delivery and service fulfillment- recognizing sales revenue in system; - supporting sales team for tender, quotation, contract fulfillment so as to achieve sales goals; - working with financial team, legal team, audit team to make sure everything complied to GE beliefs and compliance and laws; - taking part in regular training for GE beliefs and EHS and then following these instructions and regulations during daily work;- guiding new colleagues to be familiar with the facilities and working rules and process in GE.I had received “CEO Award” in May 2016 for my excellent performance in SVC OTR team.

Served as a Logistic Specialist for GE Healthcare, based in Shanghai Free-Trade Zone, China. My responsibilities were- coordinating international transport, custom clearance, goods receive and delivery for imports and exports and maintaining the data of SAP accordingly; - coordinating forwarders and arranging packaging, inland transportation, loading and unloading on site according to customers’ requirement and finally collecting delivery note;- working together with sales team and accomplishing monthly delivery, quarterly delivery and yearly delivery;- collecting feedback from both sales team and the end customers, assessing forwarders regularly to improve service quality and the effectiveness of delivery;- checking stock regularly to conform the data to those of the Customs and then reporting the difference between them to Logistic Manager;- assisting audit department in annual stock check.I had received “China OTR Award” in January 2014 for being a quick learner to take over SVC TD order and got good performance in logistics coordination to support business year end closing.
