1. Develop the supplier based on ISO9001 company TQS and other relevant standards. 2. Audit new and existing suppliers and manage supplier release process.3. Evaluate supplier quality performance derive improvement actions monitor implementation.4. Take care of the escalated supplier quality issues.5. Support localization and product development projects based on roadmap.6. Support improvement projects concerning supplier qualification.7. Support other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor per business requirement.

1.Based on customer specifications and quality requirement to manage, develop supplier KPI, Scorecard and metrics on quality compliance, lead-time and delivery. 2.Conduct root cause analysis on suppliers and implement CAPA and CI with suppliers to improve quality compliance, reduce waste and lead-time and further achieve cost saving objective. 3.Manage and monitor supplier performance on quality compliance, lead-time, material waste, etc. to reduce non-conformance and customer returned issues4.Collaborate with Sourcing/Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, and Quality Department to support new suppliers sourcing, qualification and on boarding. 5.Support new manufacturing process development, new tools development to improve supplier’s manufacturing capacities, process and quality compliance. 6.Conduct audits with customers, internal audits and supplier audits on quality system, ensure compliance of quality requirements IS09001, ISO14001, ISO18001/45001 and related regulation. 7.Review weekly/monthly supplier performance, develop and implement improvement plans, define work priorities and implement changes to reduce recurring quality issues on suppliers. 8.Conduct supplier performance review with senior management.
