1. Sheaffer Asia OEM suppliers and subcontractors quality management. 1.1 Promote a high level of quality awareness throughout the OEMs’ organizations through training, auditing, monitoring and communicating. 1.2 Supplier quality system, process/product compliance audit. 1.3 Support the suppliers to handle with IQC, IPQC and OQC daily quality issues. 1.4 Bring expertise in the improvement of suppliers’ quality system and quality issue’s analysis and problem solving.  1.5 Handling with global customer complaints.2 Communicate customer’s voice with suppliers to meet business need and customer’s satisfaction. 3 Assist to transfer Sheaffer project from USA to China when the USA manufacturing facility closed. 3.1 Participate the whole progress of Sheaffer project transfer, to support the OEMs to generate the quality control plans, work instructions, lab testing procedures and relevant quality standards etc.  3.2 Facilitate daily or weekly project transfer meeting to follow up the progress.4. Assist to monitor the supply chain, including safety stock, material/production planning and OTD etc.. 5. Act as a primary liaison (communicator/coordinator/translator) between OEMs and Sheaffer US team.6 Work with US project team in follow up actions in the phase of NPD and new supplier developing. Coordinate to manage the NPD projects from design, prototyping, production preparation through mass production to make sure the project to meet timeline.

Responsibilities:• In charge of QA and responsible for QES (Quality/Environmental/Safety) management. • Handling with quality issues from IQC, IPQC, OQC and customer complaints. • As ISO Management Representative(MR), ensure quality system is established, implemented and maintained.• As QCC leader, to work with cross-function team so as to keep continuous improvement on quality.• UL/CSA/ROHS related product testing and certifying management.• QA laboratory management and inspection/measuring/testing equipments management and calibration and conduct MSA.• As safety controller, responsible for occupational healthy and safety management, draft monthly safety self-monitoring report to Shenzhen Futian Free trade Zone Administrative Committees and accept their periodical audit.• Responsible for QA department risk assessment and management .• Generate QA department annual budget and assess QA department KPI• Conduct suppliers audit, qualification and assessment.• Audit agencies and make sure Nitto’s quality instructions/standards to be implemented as requested

Job Title: Section manager 1997-2004Report to : VP Subordinates: 120 Responsibilities:• To establish / maintain /improve/optimize quality assurance system.• Recruit, train and supervise QA engineers / foreman / inspectors.• Facilitate routine quality meeting and present to top management periodically so as to solve internal top defects and top customer complaints and keep continuous improvement on quality.• Coordinate to solve the internal quality problems during incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection.• Advanced product quality planning and FAI verification / submission for new product. • To manage active approved suppliers and new subcontractors development/assessment/site audit. • Join in QS9000 system establishment team and act as APQP team leader to help Peak to get QS9000 certificate. Organize, plan and join in the activities of SPC, FMEA, CIPP, 5S and SAP. • Handle with complaints from our customers, such as Motorola, ST Micro, Philips, AMKOR, Seagate, Molex, TI, ASAT and AMP/TYCO etc., If needed, to visit customer facilities to understand their voice and provide technical supports.• Internal audit team leader, schedule/organize / conduct / follow up internal audit per yearly IA plan.Accompany daily customer or third party visit/audit and follow up the audit results.
