Responsibilities.1)Responsible for the South China business growth, as a motor control technical sales roles to support customers with strong technical background, to influence customers and help them solve all problems （including technical issues）with both outside and inside resource.2)Develop distributors, provide technical and application training for distributors and key accounts, work with distributors to get more Din and Dwin in focus market such as motor driver power delivery.Achievement.1)Develop a Tier 1 motor driver customer，design in a more than 1.5 Million rmb potential project;2)Develop 2 professional distributors, 2 comprehensive distributors and 1 motor driver IDH, influencing more than 5 Million rmb potential business per year

Responsibility.1) In charge of TI motor control solution(DSP/MCU and DRV Motor Driver products，such as C2000 F28xxx and DRV10983)technical support in Shenzhen and South China, promote TI motor control solution for customer and solve technical issues(Software、Hardware and System) while customer R&D fail to handle it.2) Implementation of motor control technical training to customer and sales, gain demand creation.3) Keep track of customer projects, build relationship with customer RD and key person, work with PM and Sales to fight against competitors.4) Gain motor control customer number base, keep in touch with key RD engineers in key account.Job Performance.1)Succeed in promoting TI key portfolio(DSP/MCU+DC2DC+OPA+Driver+Communication+etc.) for BLDC PMSM motor control market such as industrial control, Fan, Pump and Air Compressor.2)Replacing competitor’s key IC device by influencing customer RD and purchaser. For example, replaced an isolated OPA in motor driver market, gain more than 2$ business per PCBA.3)Offering motor control technical training for end-customer RD and collect lots of industrial RD contact info as contact window for the purpose of projects tracking.4）Managing more 15 key motor control accounts.

Responsibilities.1)Software development and code migration for a new PMSM control platform using sensorless FOC algorithm.2)Associate with motor engineer to finish the sample delivery for customer. Debug for prototypes code and update them.3)Finish the software code programing and test to fulfill what customer requires.

Responsibilities.1) Respond for the HDD Servo BLDC write code updating and its parameter optimization.2) Improving the pass rate in servo write process.
